Stephen G. Pappas, founder of Apollo Properties, Inc., has over 25 years of experience in brokerage, property acquisition & management and investment property development.
He has managed all types of properties, from joint venture land partnerships to high-rise office buildings to regional shopping centers to condominiums and apartments. He has brokered the purchase and sale of commercial properties, and has developed and renovated properties.

Steve specializes in manufactured home and recreational vehicle communities and has managed thousands of home sites for such properties in Arizona, Texas, Illinois and Florida. In fact, unlike most property managers in the manufactured home industry, he actually lived in a manufactured home for more than eight years.

Steve is the author of the best-selling Managing Mobile Home Parks, published by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

He is also the author of numerous magazine and newspaper articles related to property management and industry trends and is a media source for real estate and financial editors.

Steve was the organizing Director and Vice-Chairman of the Board for Copper State Bank in Arizona and served on the Advisory Board of United Bank of Arizona (now Norwest). In addition to being an adjunct professor in real estate at Arizona State University, he has taught data processing at Mesa Community College (Mesa, Arizona) and Triton Community College (River Grove, IL).

He was a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management's national faculty for courses 201 and 202. He is a former member of the board of trustees of Hellenic College in Brookline, MA; a three-year member of the Board of Adjustment for Maricopa County (Phoenix, AZ) Planning & Zoning; and served as either director or president of several local development groups and a Chamber of Commerce.

He was presented with a Copper Quill Award of Excellence for the work involved in developing and writing Managing Mobile Home Parks by the International Association of Business Communicators.
